Job Description

    1. Provide installation, troubleshooting, and repair support for company and personal devices such as PCs, laptops, printers/fax machines, scanners, photocopiers, telephones, projectors, and audio equipment as requested.

    2. Manage, operate, and propose solutions for issues related to network systems, PBX/telephone systems, CCTV, etc.

    3. Participate in and provide technical support for company events and programs.

    4. Propose and advise on purchasing IT equipment, and conduct user training when required.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    1. Graduated from College or University majoring in Information Technology (or equivalent certifications such as MCSA, CCNA).

    2. Experience in deploying and managing Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012, etc.).

    3. Hands-on experience in computer hardware assembly, repair, and networking.

    4. Proficient in office IT tools; candidates with knowledge of audio systems are preferred.

    5. Strong curiosity and interest in exploring new technologies and reading technical materials in English.

    6. Excellent training, communication, and problem-solving skills — fast and accurate under pressure.

    7. Friendly, adaptable, and capable of maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure work environment.
