Efficiently manage and utilize candidate databases and recruitment data.
Design and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Assess training needs and develop courses or workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, training centers, and relevant organizations.
Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities to strengthen employer branding.
Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment and training KPIs to propose improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update candidate and training databases regularly.
Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.
Assign tasks, provide guidance, track progress, and ensure high-quality performance across the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in a similar or managerial HR position.
Strong ability to understand and implement directions from senior management.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Capable of workforce analysis, forecasting, and proposing HR development plans.
Proven personal branding and professional reputation is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and/or Japanese is a plus.
