Job Description

Recruitment & Training Team Leader

1. Recruitment and Strategy Development

  • Participate in the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and supporting onboarding.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Analyze hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

  • Build and maintain potential candidate communities and talent pools for future positions.

  • Efficiently manage and utilize candidate databases and recruitment data.

2. Training and Development

  • Design and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees.

  • Assess training needs and develop courses or workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.

3. Relationship Building

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, training centers, and relevant organizations.

  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities to strengthen employer branding.

4. Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment and training KPIs to propose improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain and update candidate and training databases regularly.

5. Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.

  • Assign tasks, provide guidance, track progress, and ensure high-quality performance across the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar or managerial HR position.

  • Strong ability to understand and implement directions from senior management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Capable of workforce analysis, forecasting, and proposing HR development plans.

  • Proven personal branding and professional reputation is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English and/or Japanese is a plus.
